Isra Miraj adalah perjalanan luar biasa yang dialami Rasulullah SAW pada malam 27 Rajab, juga menjadi salah satu mukjizat Nabi Muhammad SAW. Isra Miraj ini merupakan kejadian yang sangat Luar biasa karena kejadian ini diluar nalar akal manusia.
Dalam sambutanya Kepala MTsN 2 Palembang Dra. Nuraini Farida mengatakan “Maka pada kesempatan ini juga saya selaku kepala Madrasah ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang tiada henti memberikan sumbangsihnya. Sebagai generasi Islam harus tahu karena Isra Mi’raj Nabi Muhammad SAW tertulis di dalam Al Quran sebagai salah satu mukjizat Rasulullah SAW. Karena itulah kita terpanggil untuk mengadakan peringatan hari besar Islam di Madrasah ini agar anak anak kita dapat mengenal agamanya dan taat melaksanakan ibadah salat melalui sejarah.
Kegiatan yang baik ini diisi dengan lomba-lomba seperti lomba Nasyid, Tilawah dengan Lomba da’i atau da’iyah dan lomba Tafidz surat pendek Al Quran, tujuannya untuk melatih mental anak-anak agar berani bicara di depan umum. tegasnya”. (Dst)
