Walimatussafar adalah acara syukuran Calon Jamaah Haji (CJH) dalam hal ini CJH Guru yang akan berangkat pada Tahun 2023 khususnya keluarga ibu Sus Erniwiyati dan Ibu Trilela, sekaligus berpamitan untuk berangkat ke Tanah Suci dalam rangka menunaikan ibadah haji.
Kepala MTsN 2 Kota Palembang Dra. Nuraini Farida, M.Si mengatakan kami semuanya di madrasah mendokan kepada ibu Sus Erniwiyati dan Ibu Trilela yang akan berangkat haji semoga diberikan kesehatan, kekuatan, kemudahan dan pulang sampai tanah air dengan sehat selamat dan sukses dalam berbagai rangkaian ibadah haji serta mendapatkan gelar haji.
