MTsN 2 Kota Palembang kembali sabet juara yang telah diraih oleh 9 orang siswa MTsN 2 Palembang dan berhasil mendapatkan medali olimpiade sains nasional dan piagam, serta di susul juga oleh anggota ekskul pramuka yang berhasil raih medali dan piala bergilir. penyerahan apresiasi di berikan langsung oleh kepala madrasah bersama wakil kepala yang dilaksanakan seusai upacara bendera bersama di lapangan MTsN 2 Kota Palembang. Senin (23/09)
siswa-siswi yang telah berhasil raih kejuaraan yaitu AL Ghazy Ayubi Putra kelas VIII.2 Juara 2 bidang kejuaraan karate cup 2024 (INKADO), Uliyah Humairoh Kelas IX.1 mendapat medali perunggu pada Olimpiade siswa berprestasi bahasa inggris, ayota Zahira Kelas IX.1 mendapat medali Emas pada Olimpiade siswa berprestasi bahasa indonesia, Aisyah Nurul Hasanah Kelas IX.2 mendapat medali Emas pada Olimpiade siswa Naional Hari Kemerdekaan, Aiesha N Kelas VIII.1 Youth science comppetition, Ariko dkk juara 1 ekskul pramuka lomba LTKBB Putra, Fadil dkk juara 1 ekskul pramuka lomba Bivak Putra, Rizky dkk juara 1 ekskul pramuka lomba Bivak Putri, Zahira dkk juara harapan 2 ekskul pramuka lomba Bivak.
Kepala MTsN 2 Kota Palembang Dra. Nuraini Farida, M.Si mengatakan selamat kepada kalian yang telah berhasil raih juara dan mendapatkan medali, piagam, dan piala terima kasih telah menjadi siswa madrasah yang berprestasi terus tingkatkan keahlian disegala bidang keiilmuan baik di bidang akademik maupun non akademik.
Nuraini berharap kalian dapat terus belajar tanpa lelah, terus raih prestasi dan cita-cita masa depan kalian tonjolkan keahlian kepada semua orang bahwa kalianlah penerus generasi yang dapat menjadi contoh untuk semua orang termasuk seluruh siswa-siswi yang ada di MTsN 2 Kota Palembang ini.
