Setelah Pelaksanaan upacara HAB Kemenag, senin tanggal 8 jadwal berikut nya Kepala MTs. Negeri 2 Kota Palembang Dra. Nuraini Farida, M.Si bersama dewan guru mengikuti Upacara dan Ziarah ke Makam Pahlawan dalam Rangka HAB Kementerian Agama RI Ke-78, dan di pimpin oleh Kakanwil Kemenag Prov. Sumsel. H. Syafitri Irwan, bertempat di TMP Ksatria Ksetra Siguntang.
dan dilanjutkan kegiatan acara pada hari rabu tanggal 10 Kepala MTsN 2 Kota Palembang Dra.Nuraini Farida,M.Si Hadiri Acara Syukuran Hari Amal Bhakti (HAB) Ke 78 Kementerian Agama sekaligus Pertemuan Rutin Bulanan Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) Kanwil Kementerian Agama provinsi Sumatera Selatan bertempat di Aula MAN 3 Palembang
kemudian kegiatan terakhir pada hari selasa tanggal 16 Kepala MTsN 2 Kota Palembang Dra.
