Kepala MTsN 2 Kota Palembang, Nuraini Farida, di dampingi oleh kepala urusan tata usaha mengikuti kegiatan pembinaan ASN Kemenag Sumsel oleh Inspektur Wilayah III Inspektorat Jenderal Kemenag RI H. Aceng Abdul Aziz di Gedung Serbaguna MAN 3 Palembang. Kegiatan ini dibuka secara langsung oleh Kakanwil Kemenag Sumsel, H. Syafitri Irwan, Selasa (10/06/2025).
dalam kesempatan ini, Aceng yang saat ini juga menjadi PLH. Irjen Kemenag RI Aceng membeberkan konsep Pengawasan Berdampak, sebuah pendekatan yang tidak hanya fokus pada pencatatan kesalahan, tetapi juga menghadirkan solusi nyata, menjalin kemitraan strategis, dan mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan.
“Selama ini, pengawasan sering dipersepsikan sebagai upaya mencari-cari kesalahan. Padahal, fungsi sejatinya adalah membangun sistem kerja yang lebih akuntabel dan terpercaya,” ujarnya. “Kami membawa semangat baru: pengawasan yang solutif, kolaboratif, serta berorientasi jangka panjang.”
Lebih lanjut, ia menekankan bahwa pengawasan yang solutif bertujuan menyelesaikan akar persoalan, bukan hanya menyoroti kelemahan. Kolaboratif berarti pengawas harus bersinergi sebagai rekan kerja, bukan sebagai pihak yang menakutkan. Sedangkan berkelanjutan, menurutnya, adalah soal konsistensi dalam memperbaiki sistem agar berdampak hingga ke masa depan.
Menghadapi tingginya harapan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik yang bersih dan transparan, Aceng menekankan pentingnya memperkuat sistem integritas ASN dan mempercepat pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi. Hal ini mencakup perbaikan dalam pengelolaan SDM, tata kelola pengadaan barang dan jasa, serta keterbukaan informasi publik.
Menjawab tantangan tersebut, lanjut Aceng, Itjen terus mengarahkan pengawasan secara lebih intensif dan menyeluruh. Pengawasan kini dilakukan berbasis resiko, “menyasar unit-unit kerja strategis seperti kantor pusat, perguruan tinggi keagamaan, serta kantor wilayah di seluruh Indonesia,” tegasnya.
Hadir dalam pembinaan ini antara lain Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha Kanwil Kemenag Sumsel H. Taufiq, Ketua DWP Kanwil Kemenag Sumsel Hj. Emilia Syafitri Irwan, Kepala BDK Palembang H. Saefudin, Kepala Bidang dan Pembimas Kanwil Kemenag Sumsel, Kepala Kemenag Kabupaten/Kota Se Sumsel, Kepala Madrasah Negeri dan Kepala KUA se-Kota Palembang, serta Ketua Tim Kerja Kanwil Kemenag Sumsel.
