Wakil kepala Humas, Operator web, dan Protokol MTsN 2 Kota Palembang hadiri kegiatan menggelar Optimalisasi Kehumasan dan Aktivasi Sahabat Religi Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Selatan di hotel Amaris, Palembang, Senin (12/08/2024). Kegiatan dibuka oleh Kepala Bagian Tata Usaha Kanwil Kemenag Sumsel H. Win Hartan.
Kegiatan tersebut digelar dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan kembali tugas dan fungsi kehumasan dan meningkatkan kembali kompetensi humas baik itu di satker Kemenag hingga satker madrasah. Selain itu, bimtek juga bertujuan mengevaluasi kehumasan yang telah berjalan sebelumnya.
Win Hartan dalam sambutannya mengapresiasi digelarnya kegiatan tersebut. Menurutnya, peningkatan kemampuan kehumasan di seluruh satker memang harus di update dan upgrade.
Ia juga menjelaskan, Mainstreaming Program Prioritas dan Legacy Kementerian Agama akan dilakukan terdiri dari lima kegiatan utama meliputi : Produksi Bahan Publikasi, Media Placement, Pengadaan Alat Produksi, Media Gathering, dan Pertemuan Stake Holder Kehumasan (sahabat religi). “Saat ini kita lakukan yaitu pemangku kepentingan atau stake holder kehumasan (Sahabat Religi),” ujar Win Hartan.
Menyadari hal tersebut, Kementerian Agama merasa perlu untuk melakukan penguatan keterikatan (engagement) para stakeholder komunikasi yang selama ini dikenal dengan #SahabatReligi.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut ketua tim kerja humas Abdul Qudus Fitriansyah, beserta anggotanya, beberapa kepala madrasah dan staf humas/protokol dari Kankemenag Kabupaten/Kota dan madrasah se Sumsel.
Kegiatan bimtek diikuti sebanyak 80 peserta. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama 2 hari dimulai Senin (12/08/2024) sampai Selasa (13/08/2024). Selama 2 hari tersebut peserta akan dibekali materi aktivasi sahabat religi, penulisan berita, editing foto dan video, PPID dan pengenalan layanan tamu berbasis android.
